A territory of rare beauty and of particular naturalistic, historic and cultural importance: the Maddalena Archipelago is an obligatory stop during your vacation in Sardinia.

The Maddalena Archipelago is surrounded by a breathtaking sea and offers a myriad of opportunities for sailing and water sports enthusiasts. But this Archipelago offers much, much more to the visitor. With its luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation, the archipelago is a treasure trove of islands and islets scattered over an area of about twenty thousand hectares of land and sea. Beaches, coves and inlets with soft, fine sand, wind worn granite, vegetation forms that are unique and, at times very rare will amaze you and make your stay here memorable.

The archipelago became a National Park in 1996.

The archipelago can be easily reached by motor ship in about 20 minutes from Baja Sardinia.
